§ Mr. MilburnDetails of individual agreements between health authorities and local authority social services departments are not held centrally. However, initial estimates indicate that, nationally, between £35 million and £40 million of the additional resources made available to meet winter pressures in 1997–98 will be transferred to social services departments.
