§ Mr. IngramThe Department of Economic Development's Action Plans for targeting employment measures on disadvantaged areas over the period 1995–98 are currently being implemented by its economic development agencies. In addition further consideration is being given to these issues in light of the recent report on employment equality published by the Standing Advisory582W Commission on Human Rights. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State hopes to publish a full response early next year.
