Apart from the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, no other Northern Ireland Minister currently has an Internet e-mail address.
As far as senior officials and Chief Executives are concerned, some e-mail addresses do exist, but the issue of putting these addresses into the public domain in the Northern Ireland context is still under consideration.
