§ Mr. Keith BradleyThe UK submitted its third compliance report on the 1976 UN International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR) in February 1996. That report, which has been placed in the Library, has been considered by an ICESCR Committee who are now taking oral evidence from both Non-Governmental Organisations and the Government.
