§ Mr. FatchettFollowing the UN Security Council's display of unanimity, I am pleased that Saddam Hussein has backed down unconditionally and allowed UNSCOM Inspection to return to Iraq. The Inspectors should now be permitted to get on with their job of uncovering and destroying Iraq's large stocks of weapons of mass destruction.
