§ Mr. BoatengWe are already consulting across the National Health Service and the clinical professions on a set of 15 provisional health authority and trust clinical indicators. These indicators may raise questions on aspects of the quality of clinical care for local investigations and are for use within the NHS. Decisions on taking them forward will be taken in light of the consultation process.
We are committed to improving levels of performance throughout the whole of the NHS. Our plans will be set out in an NHS White Paper which we intend to publish shortly.
