§ Lord Williams of MostynTwo Private Members' Bills to ban the hunting of wild mammals with dogs and to outlaw hare coursing are now before Parliament. The Government made a manifesto commitment to allow a free vote on whether there should be a ban on hunting with hounds, and that will be honoured.
