§ Mr. Andrew SmithIt is recognised that many organisations and individuals have invested significant time and commitment in order to bring the New Deal Partnership in West Lancashire to its current position.
It will be important that the good work already undertaken in West Lancashire is built upon in order to ensure we provide the best possible help to unemployed young people. I would expect the private sector organisation selected to manage New Deal in West Lancashire to work closely with existing partnerships and the Employment Service. The issue of copyright is currently under consideration within the Department.
