§ Mr. Win GriffithsMy right hon. Friend has set NHS Wales a number of targets to improve health and health services. These include a reduction in the number of people in Wales who smoke, including teenagers. Responsibility for achieving the targets to reduce smoking rests with Health Authorities working closely with the activities of other agencies such as the Health Promotion Authority for Wales.
