§ Angela EagleWe have discussed climate change with Canada in a number of fora, including most recently at the Ministerial meeting of key developed countries in Tokyo on 8 November, chaired by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, where Canada indicated that they would shortly be proposing a greenhouse gas emissions target.
