§ Mr. MandelsonThere have been three minor accidents, involving three people in all, since construction started at the dome site. None of the incidents were classed as "major" injuries under RIDDOR (Reporting of Injuries; Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995). Although all those involved were back at work within a week or less, all three incidents were reported to the HSE as the time off work in each case exceeded three days.
