§ Mr. FoulkesProject funds are not normally provided directly to the Kenyan Government, but are controlled and disbursed by project management agents appointed by the British Government, and are subject to independent audit.

(2) what estimate she has made of the amount of aid provided by the United Kingdom to the Kenyan Government which is misused. [15019]
