§ Mr. IngramIt is not possible to predict the number of cases which will be heard before a jury as a result of the proposed changes to the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1996. It will be for my right hon. and learned Friend the Attorney-General to determine, on the merits of each individual case before him, whether or not to certify it out.
