§ Mr. RaynsfordThe economic model of the demand and need for social housing developed by the feasibility study estimates the numbers of households in the private rented sector for England between 1991 and 2006. The model allows for an expansion of the private rented sector in the period 1991 to 1995 and the aim is to be able to model a range of scenarios for 1996 to 2006.
