§ Ms Glenda JacksonWe have today in accordance with section 38(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 sent copies of the draft revision of the Highway Code for consultation to representative organisations, requesting responses by 31 January 1988. We shall welcome constructive comments on the style and the content of the draft. Copies will be placed in the Library of the House.
