§ Ms Estelle MorrisDecisions as to what funds to allocate to environmental eduction are for individual schools. Schools manage their own budgets under Local Management of Schools. Also, they can use the funds we have made available under the School Effectiveness Grant, which totals £130.1 million in 1997–98.
