§ Mr. BoatengNo. From 1 April 1998 all nursing home inspection reports carried out after that date will be available to the public. In some areas inspection reports are already made available to the public with the agreement of nursing home proprietors. We will consider what further action might be taken within the existing legal framework to allow access to past reports.
