§ Mr. HainThe Welsh Office did not provide any assistance to the organisers of the Offset UK97 conference held at Llandudno last month. The Welsh Development Agency, however, did provide support to518W bring the event to Wales. The detail of that support is an operational matter for the Agency and I have therefore asked the Chief Executive to write to my hon. Friend direct.
