§ Mr. HoonThe Home Affairs Committee, of which my hon. Friend is now the Chairman, recommended shortly before the election that police officers, magistrates, judges and crown prosecutors should be required to register membership of any secret society. The Government are considering the recommendations contained in that report and will respond to the Committee in due course.
