§ Mr. MilburnSince August the National Health Service Executive has been undertaking a review of the process and product of the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) in the NHS. One of their tasks is to make specific recommendations on how the cost of the procurement process under the PFI can be reduced. The results of the review will be announced in early 1998.
