§ Mr. IngramIt has been reported that there have been allegations made about the behaviour of military personnel on the Oldpark Road in the early hours of Sunday 27 September. The allegations have not been the subject of a formal complaint. However, a full inquiry has been carried out which ascertained that there were no military vehicles in the area at the time alleged.
