§ Ms Estelle MorrisWhere local education authorities and the governing bodies of grant-maintained schools in England provide drinking milk for primary-age children, they must provide it free of charge to pupils whose parents receive Income Support or income-based job seeker's allowance. We have no current plans to change these arrangements.
