§ Clare ShortWe are reviewing all our existing spending programmes to ensure resources are directed towards tackling poverty. The White Paper will set out our strategy whereby through coherent policies in areas such as trade, environment, debt, as well as in our bilateral programmes, we can make a real impact on poverty eradication.
