§ Clare ShortBetter sexual and reproductive health, including family planning, will be a priority for department. We believe that women and men in the developing world are entitled to the means to plan their families, to maintain good sexual and reproductive health and to have safe pregnancies. We will work at all levels to promote the principles of the 1994 Cairo Conference and ensure that the Programme of Action is realised.
