§ Mr. Jonathan EvansLocal education authorities must allocate at least 80 per cent. of the aggregated schools budget on the basis of pupil numbers. To break down the ASB on the basis of age-weighted pupil units could be done only at disproportionate cost. Details of the other elements, of all of which are retained centrally by the local authority are as follows:
(c) financial resources are being made available to provide physiotherapy treatment, occupational therapy and physical rehabilitation for patients in south-east Wales from March 1997 to 1 January 2000. [20548]
