§ Mr. FreemanThe cash limit for Her Majesty's Stationery Office, class XVII, vote 4, will be reduced by £50,000 from £1,191,000 to £1,141,000. This reflects the partial offset of increased expenditure in the Office of Public Service, class XVII, vote 1, as announced in a previous answer on 31 January 1997,Official Report, column 386.
