§ Sir Nicholas BonsorDetails of individuals indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and their last known whereabouts have been place in the Libraries of the House.
Those indicated by the tribunal who are still at large are believed to reside in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Bosnia-Herzegovina has executed two arrest warrants. It has not arrested any indictees resident in the Republika Srpksa and the Croat part of the federation on the grounds that it lacks control over these areas. The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has transferred two witnesses in detention for other reasons to the tribunal. It has not arrested any of the indictees believed to be at large in its territory. The Republic of Croatia has arrested one indictee on its territory, but he has not yet been transferred to the tribunal. Croatia negotiated the voluntary surrender of another indictee to the tribunal. Other indictees in Croatia remain at large.
NATO has decided that the stabilisation force will detain and transfer to the tribunal any indicted individuals with whom they come into contact in the course of their duties and if the situation permits.
