§ Mr. ClappisonEnglish Nature, the Government's scientific advisers on nature conservation issues, advises that albinism is highly unlikely to have any impact whatsoever on other life forms or the environment. The only effect that it may have is that for a short while predators on frogs may have an easier time in locating their prey. I am satisfied that, at this time, this issue is not of any conservation significance.
