§ Mr. Jonathan EvansApart from a small number of children who will become five before the start of the term, all children who were born between 1 April 1992 and 31 March 1993 are eligible for vouchers in the summer term 1997. Some 3,500 application forms for vouchers have been issued to parents in the Cardiff local education authority area.
