§ Mr. HanleyWe hope to see early implementation of the provisions of the Israeli/Palestinian interim agreement as reaffirmed in the Hebron agreement in January, and look forward to the start of final status negotiations this month. We also hope to see a resumption of talks between Israel and Syria.
