(2) if he will make a statement on the extent to which the full range of functions specified in the original contract for the new en-route centre will be available when it becomes operational; and what compensation will be sought from the contractor for restrictions in that availability; [19403]
(3) if he will list the contract change orders which have been agreed between the Civil Aviation Authority and National Air Traffic Services and the contractor involved with the new en-route centre since the contract was signed. [19402]
