§ Mr. MaloneOn the basis of decisions on community health schemes made so far, some 300 schemes worth £64 million will be funded through London initiative zone funds in 1997–98; some 70 further schemes worth £10.5 million which are currently funded through London initiative zone funds will be funded directly by health authorities.
In primary care, the Government have made £20 million available in 1997–98 within the London initiative zone to support the third year of educational initiatives and work force flexibilities for general practitioners.
