§ Mr. KynochI refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave to the hon. Member for Moray (Mrs. Ewing) on 21 May 1996, columns152–54 which set out all support from public funds given to Health Care International (Scotland) Ltd. There has been no additional support to HCI from public funds since then.
