§ Baroness Chalker of WallaseyWe remain strongly committed to close relations between the EU and ACP countries. We are in the process of developing our approach to the future of the Lomé Convention; one of our priorities will be more effective use of EC development assistance. Regular consultation takes place between Government Departments and with EU and ACP partners.
