§ Mr. Flynn
To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) if he will publish his proposals for improving decision making and appeals; [19030]
(2) if he will place in the Library a copy of Dr. Roy Sainsbury's analysis of the responses to the consultation document on decision making and appeals. [19031]

§ Mr. Roger Evans
The final analysis report by Dr. Sainsbury is being drafted and a copy will be placed in the Library when completed.
An announcement of our final proposals will be made in due course.
