§ Mrs. BrowningThe Central Veterinary Laboratory was merged with the veterinary investigation centres of the state veterinary service in October 1995, to form the Veterinary Laboratories Agency. The overall research budget for CVL from 1989 to 1995 and then the VLA for 1995–96 were as follows:
