§ Mr. FreemanThe exhibition's operation company, Millennium Central Limited, has set a target of more than 10 million visitors. The indicative budget produced before Christmas was developed on the basis of this target. It is intended that the site should be accessible to the largest possible number of people from all sections of the community.
