§ Mr. RaynsfordPPG6 already gives strong preference to the regeneration of existing centres and sets tough tests for out-of-centre developments, including retail, office and leisure. My Department is closely monitoring the way in which this guidance is being followed. We have no plans to revise it at this moment.
