§ Mr. Ron DaviesI have appointed John Adams and Huw Roberts as my Special Advisers. The terms and conditions of each appointment are set out in the draft model contract, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House. Both advise me on a full range of subjects under my responsibility in accordance with Schedule 1 (Part 1) of the Model Contract.
During the year 1996–97 there was one Special Adviser.
