To ask the Prime Minister if he will list the membership of all the task forces and new groups that have been set up since 16 June; and who will be representing race and ethnic minority interests on those groups. [5374]

All public appointments are governed by the overriding principle of selection based on merit. Members of the task force and review groups have been selected in accordance with this principle and on the basis that their abilities, experience and qualities match the needs of the bodies in question. No individual has been appointed to represent a specific interest.
