§ Mrs. RocheIn 1996, the value of UK exports of goods to Kenya was –241 million, a slight decrease on 1995. UK imports increased, by 18 per cent., to –191 million. The crude balance of trade in goods decreased, from a surplus of –82 million in 1995, to –50 million in 1996.
