§ Mr. ChisholmScottish Environment Ministers have attended three Environment Councils since 1992. In line with our Manifesto commitment that a Labour Government would mean Scotland's concerns being heard at the heart of Europe, Scottish Ministers work closely with their colleagues to ensure Scotland's interests in European matters are taken fully into account. Their attendance at Council meetings, where matters of interest to Scotland are to be discussed, clearly contributes to the delivery of our commitment.
