§ Mr. ByersThe White Paper setting out the Government's agenda for raising standards in schools will be published in early July. We are planning a period of consultation going well into the Autumn term. We want all those involved in education to join in that process and are seeking the most effective ways of making sure they are aware of and can respond to the proposals. We will be setting out details of the consultation process when the White Paper is published.
