§ Mrs. Ann TaylorThe Government will appoint an anti-drugs supremo to co-ordinate action against drugs across all Government Departments and key agencies. She or he will report directly to me as Chairman of the Cabinet's co-ordinating committee on drugs misuse. All relevant Departmental interests across the UK are represented on this Committee.
