§ Mr. WilsonThe Government attach a high priority to helping unemployed people into work. Under our initiative Welfare to Work we intend to help young people aged 18 to 24 who have been unemployed for over six months move off benefit and into work. There will also be help for people over the age of 25 who have been unemployed for two years or more.
