§ Mr. MilburnSince April 1996 the National Health Service Executive has collected information on patients aged 75 and over who are readmitted as an emergency within 28 days of discharge, for all specialties except 427W psychiatry, by health authority. The information for East Sussex, Brighton and Hove Health Authority is as follows:

At present the NHS Executive only collects data on emergency readmissions within 28 days for patients aged 75 and over.
