§ Dawn PrimaroloI am aware of industry concerns regarding cross border shopping and smuggling of alcoholic drinks, including beer, and the duty rates on these products. A lot of work has already been done, with the help of the industry, in assessing the size and nature of the problem and in introducing measures to counter illegal activity. I shall be studying all these issues in depth before coming to conclusions.
