§ Mr. Tony LloydBritain has a long-standing and close association with Nigeria and its people which continues. We are determined to ensure that their human rights are respected. We will need to see real progress towards the restoration of accountable, democratic government and respect for human rights, before our relations with the Nigerian regime can improve.
