We hope that the Indian Government will allow greater access to Jammu and Kashmir for human rights organisations. My right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary reiterated our concerns on Kashmir to the Indian Prime Minister's envoy last week. We are not aware of any restrictions on media access to Kashmir.
