§ Mr. MichaelThe matter is now in the hands of the Director of Public Prosecutions to review the decision not to institute criminal proceedings. The Police Complaints Authority will review its decision not to pursue a disciplinary charge in this case, but cannot do so until the outcome of the DPP's review of the papers. The Metropolitan police have undertaken to co-operate fully.
